We're partnering with a growing B2B events agency to find a talented Producer who thrives on bringing complex live experiences to life.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects from concept through to delivery, balancing client management, logistics, production, supplier coordination, and onsite execution. You'll work closely with Account Managers and clients to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly, on budget, and to an exceptional standard.
The Role
As a Producer, you'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of live event projects, including exhibitions, conferences, roadshows, and touring experiences.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the end-to-end production of live events and experiential projects
- Managing timelines, budgets, logistics, and operational delivery
- Liaising with venues, fabricators, production partners, and suppliers
- Working closely with Account Managers to deliver ongoing client programmes
- Acting as a key client-facing contact throughout the production process
- Coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Managing onsite event execution, including builds, live event delivery, and breakdowns
- Supporting the wider production team and helping drive best practice across projects
Projects You'll Deliver
The agency delivers a wide range of projects across the UK and Europe, including:
- Exhibition stands and exhibition programmes
- Touring exhibition experiences designed to travel between multiple locations
- Multi-city roadshows across Europe
- Conferences and corporate events
- Delegate engagement programmes and brand experiences
Current projects range from £50,000 exhibition and roadshow activations through to larger event programmes valued between £300,000 and £550,000.
You'll be producing events for audiences ranging from 80 to 500 delegates, including:
- European roadshows
- Exhibition stand programmes
- Conference series across Ireland and Europe
- Mid-sized conferences for 100–120 attendees
- Large-scale annual event programmes
Clients
The agency works with a broad range of clients, with a strong presence in the technology sector alongside an expanding portfolio of new business across multiple industries.
Experience working with technology brands is beneficial but not essential. The team is happy to support someone in developing their knowledge of large global technology programmes and clients.
Travel
Travel forms an important part of the role and offers the opportunity to work across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.
Typically, trips involve:
- Build periods of around two days
- Onsite event delivery for one to two days
Travel averages approximately once per month, usually lasting between 2–5 days, although schedules can fluctuate depending on project requirements. Some months may involve no travel, while others may require a couple of trips.
About You
You'll likely have experience producing live events, exhibitions, conferences, roadshows, or experiential activations and be comfortable managing multiple moving parts simultaneously.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Confident managing budgets, suppliers, and logistics
- Comfortable in client-facing environments
- Experienced in delivering projects from concept through to onsite execution
- Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
- Happy to travel when projects require it
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative agency environment delivering high-profile events and experiences for a diverse portfolio of clients.
