Venue Sourcing & Events Manager

Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 + flexibility + travel opportunities
Location: London hybrid (very flexible, supportive culture)

About the Agency

This is a boutique events agency with an impressive history and a reputation for long-term, loyal client relationships. They specialise in 4* and 5* venue sourcing, logistics and delegate management, and partner with a creative production agency for design and build.

This is not a churn-and-burn venue find role. It’s high-touch, consultative, and relationship-driven — working closely with both clients and suppliers to build the perfect experience. Many clients have been with the agency for 10–20+ years, including brands in tech, fashion, finance, professional services, consultancies, and international corporates.

The Role

As Venue Sourcing & Events Manager, you will:

  • Lead venue find projects (UK, Europe & global)

  • Build proposals and shape client briefs

  • Ask the right questions to guide clients and EA’s who may not know what they need

  • Manage suppliers like partners — both sides matter here

  • Arrange and attend site visits

  • Support on logistics and delegate management

  • Take projects from enquiry through to delivery (onsite)

  • Work on events and venue sourcing briefs

  • Contribute to account development and client growth conversations

You’ll love this if you:

✅ Come from a hotel, agency or venue background
✅ Understand venue nuances and the power of the right fit
✅ Are client-facing, confident and service-led
✅ Enjoy autonomy AND collaboration
✅ Want to grow into more project delivery / account development
✅ Care about doing things properly, not just quickly
✅ Value strong supplier relationships as much as client ones

  • Peaks: May, June, Sept, Oct.
