Senior/Exec Producer - B2B Events

Senior Producer – B2B Events Agency (Confidential Client)
📍 Central London (3 days in office)

The Role

As a Producer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality live and experiential projects from concept through to on-site execution. You’ll collaborate closely with creative, client services, and production teams to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and on budget.

You’ll take ownership of production elements within projects and be a confident presence both during planning and on show site.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support and lead production elements across multiple live event and experience projects

  • Collaborate with business development teams on RFP responses and proposals

  • Manage and update project budgets and production timelines

  • Coordinate production deliverables and suppliers during pre-production

  • Supervise project support staff from planning through on-site execution

  • Play a lead role on event site, including managing production content and rehearsals

  • Act as a calm, solutions-focused voice when resolving production challenges

  • Ensure client processes and project requirements are followed throughout delivery


About You

  • 3–5 years’ experience delivering live events, brand experiences, or productions

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills

  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to take initiative

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

  • Strong team collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with project management tools is beneficial
