They’re now looking for a Senior Technical Production Manager — a delivery-driven technical leader who’s ready to take ownership, influence how things are done, and grow alongside a rapidly expanding agency.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Leading the technical production of multiple experiential projects across EMEA

Scoping, budgeting and managing technical supply chains (AV, scenic, rigging, crewing & more)

Owning technical budgets and supplier relationships

Supporting technical input on pitch proposals

Guiding and managing freelance technical teams

Advising internal teams on best-practice technical production

Ensuring projects meet health & safety standards

Helping shape and elevate internal production processes
🧠 What They’re Looking For

Significant experience in technical production for events / experiences

Background in experiential agencies

Comfortable delivering small to large-scale projects

Commercially savvy with strong supplier networks

A collaborative communicator who enjoys mentoring others

H&S qualifications and/or AutoCAD experience a bonus
