Senior Project Manager OR Project Director – Live Events

We’re supporting a leading agency in hiring a Senior Project Manager across live events, film, creative and content. This role sits under the Head of Live and works closely with a Client Director on a major UK account delivering employee engagement and internal comms events such as conferences, meetings and town halls.

The Role

  • Deliver large-scale live (500 people), hybrid & virtual events (often £1m+)

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery across creative, film & content

  • Oversee budgets, timelines, suppliers and onsite execution

  • Drive outstanding client satisfaction and profitable delivery

  • Support pitches and help grow project scope

About You

  • Strong agency-side project management experience

  • Proven delivery of complex events and multi-workstream projects

  • Confident, creative, energetic and able to think outside the box

  • Excellent client-facing and team leadership skills

  • Financially astute with experience managing sizeable budgets
