They're looking for a commercially minded Senior Account Director / Senior Producer to lead one of their flagship global technology accounts. You'll take ownership of an EMEA roadshow programme spanning 16 conferences across Europe, making this one of the agency's most significant launches to date.

The opportunity

You'll become the senior day-to-day lead for a long-standing global technology client, partnering with stakeholders to deliver an ambitious programme of events across EMEA.

The flagship project is a series of medium sized conferences, bringing together internal teams and users of cutting-edge products. Each event includes keynote sessions, networking, classroom-style lab experiences, live demonstrations and evening receptions.

This is a highly visible role with significant client exposure, regular international travel and the opportunity to help shape the future growth of a key account.

What you'll be doing

• Leading a flagship global client account, becoming a trusted advisor and senior point of contact.
• Producing complex corporate events from concept through to flawless live delivery.
• Driving the delivery of a major 16-city EMEA roadshow, ensuring every event runs seamlessly.
• Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders while identifying opportunities to grow the account.
• Managing budgets, forecasting and commercial performance.
• Leading cross-functional delivery teams, suppliers and production partners.
• Overseeing international onsite delivery and calmly solving challenges in real time.
• Working closely with leadership to develop future opportunities across the client portfolio.
• Bringing fresh ideas, innovation and continuous improvement to every project.

About you

You'll already be operating at Senior Producer, Senior Account Director or Account Director level within an events agency and be confident leading complex international programmes.

You'll bring:

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale corporate or brand experience events.
• Outstanding client management skills and executive presence.
• Strong production expertise across content, AV, logistics, staging and live delivery.
• Commercial instinct with the ability to spot opportunities and grow accounts.
• Excellent financial management and forecasting skills.
• A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.
• Experience leading teams, suppliers and freelancers.
• Curiosity around technology and innovation.
• Flexibility to travel extensively during peak delivery periods (approximately 60%).
