An opportunity to work for an award winning communications agency on a range of creative and content led events. Looking for an Account Director to retain and grow those client relationships, run pitches and identify opportunity. Looking for previous experience of growing accounts in an agency environment.


  • Ability to interpret and challenge client briefs to present integrated Brand Experience solutions. 
  • Understand how to marry the client needs and that of the agency objectives to develop innovative and successful Brand Experience solutions.
  • Leadership of an agency team and portfolio of clients. Responsibility for the strength of client relationship(s).
  • Seeks to personally grow client and industry networks. Pro-active in creating opportunities to present the agency and its service offerings.
  • Leads client development plans, strategies and initiatives that deliver on client and agency targets. Ensures client feedback and reviews occur and inform future ways of working.
  • Able to blend the operational and creative requirements of the project to bring to life the campaign vision.
  • Plays a significant role in pitches, building gravitas with clients, and recognised for expertise.
  • Works with the Project team to ensure work is delivered to time, target and budget.
