This communications agency is looking to recruit a dynamic Senior Account Director with an entrepreneurial spirit to join its team. Successful candidates will be highly motivated and have proven experience in leading and winning new business pitches with a high win ratio as well as leading pillar accounts and significantly growing clients.


Candidates will have high level skills in leadership, management and accountability, with the ability to provide strategic counsel to the agency and its clients- together with excellent experience, knowledge and a personal interest in lifestyle and sportwear markets. 



•    You’ll have 9+ years of experience directing, winning and growing clients at agency level

•    Proven experience in winning new business, leading pillar clients and significantly growing clients

•    A strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, trends and insights

•    The ability to pull a presentation together and present it with passion and persuasive confidence

•    Strong understanding of the lifestyle, fashion and sports sectors; and ability to talk convincingly about this

•    You will have an innate commercial radar, able to spot opportunities and turn them profitably to your advantage



•    Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and adopt a ‘we never stand still’ attitude

•    Ability to gain trust and respect from clients and colleagues

•    You’ll have an appetite for future trends and how to implement them as a product/service

•    Strong presentation and/or public speaking skills and exceptional written communication skills

•    Hungry, self-starting multi-tasker with desire to exceed expectations

•    Strong attention to detail, highly organised and forward thinking

•    Ability to bring a wealth of experience and culture to help brands connect to their target audiences

•    A natural problem solver and ability to quickly find solutions and be agile / pivot where needed

•    Ability to adopt and embrace agency values and processes

•    Methodical and efficient approach to working, using common sense and initiative

•    Comfortable, willing and proactive to work outside of specialist areas
