We're looking for an experienced 3D Design Director to lead the creation of exceptional live experiences, exhibitions, conferences and brand environments.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines outstanding design craft with strategic thinking and team leadership. You'll drive projects from concept through to delivery, inspire multidisciplinary teams, champion innovation and ensure every experience delivers real impact for audiences and clients alike.
Skills & Experience Required
- Extensive experience in experiential, exhibition or environmental design
- Ideally experience with Vectorworks and Twinmotion ( or strong willing to move over to them)
- A track record of leading large-scale projects from concept to completion
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Expert knowledge of design tools, workflows and emerging technologies
- Confidence collaborating across creative, production and client teams
- The ability to balance creative ambition with commercial objectives
- A passion for innovation, storytelling and audience engagement
