This role works across a broad variety of high profile exciting projects internationally, of varying scales.
You might have end to end ownership of the logistics of a project or have ownership of one logistics elements of an event for thousands of people.
You must be focused on the guest experience from registration, catering, venue, accommodation and transfers through to extremely high levels of delivery onsite.
The experience we are looking for, for this role:
* Experience of having worked in logistics for an events agency
* Understanding of high level communications and registration for guests
* Immaculate attention to detail to ensure a smooth guest experience
* Experience of managing accommodation, transfers, catering and venues
Other Info:
* Must be able to access the office in Central London 2/3 days a week
* Salary is £40-50,000 depending on level of experience + good benefits package
* Must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK
