This buzzing and growing agency are looking for an established Executive Producer or Project Director to work with this legacy client in the tech space.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day management and output of project teams, and own the successful delivery of amazing events for high profile brands - always maintaining high standards and building strong, collaborative relationships with our clients whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
A safe pair of hands, expert in their field, you’re an incredible problem solver with bags of relevant experience to draw on and cool under pressure.
Project Delivery
* Support Director of Live with initial quoting and budgeting for large projects / RFP process /pitches, and fee forecasting for any multiple teams or multi-date projects.
* Lead and be fully aware of all project profitability.
* Manage, stay close to and be up to speed with any top level project delivery to ensure that potential problems are identified and team efficiency and delivery is successfully undertaken.
Client and Account Management
* Contributing to and leading strategic debates with clients and maintaining the operational excellence in the day-to-day running/overseeing of all projects under this remit.
* To develop and sustain trusting and mutually respectful client relationships.
* Support on key RFP process requirements with relevant team support and knowledge.
