Our agency client, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their close-knit team and work across a wide mix of B2B and B2C events for leading brands in luxury, FMCG, lifestyle and drinks.
This is an exciting, hands-on role for someone who wants maximum exposure to the world of events — from live and virtual activations to pop-ups, launches, conferences and experiential campaigns, in the UK and internationally.
The Role

Supporting project teams across multiple live and digital events

Coordinating venues, suppliers, logistics and production admin

Attending project and client meetings, taking notes and tracking actions

Supporting on-site delivery and smaller activations

Gaining exposure to budgets, suppliers and commercial decision-making

Assisting with pitches and new business research
