We are looking for people who have a genuine desire to progress in a world of lighting, sound, AV and staging to create amazing events for this award winning leading agency!
This is not a role that is purely about briefing technical suppliers and being the go between from client to supplier, but about really understanding the tech and being inquisitive in this area!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Collaborate with clients and event producers to understand technical requirements and objectives.
* Develop comprehensive technical plans and strategies for each event which include gathering and communicating crewing and transport requirements with as much advance notice as possible.
* Creating a cohesive budget for all delivery items.
* Drive and supervise the setup, operation, and breakdown of all technical equipment and scenic elements..
* Create and manage budgets for technical aspects of events utilising our software package Procim.
* Act as the primary point of contact for technical discussions with clients.
* Responsible for maintaining the highest level of health and safety implementation across all projects ensuring all project team members are aware of their responsibilities and act safely
IDEAL EXPERIENCE:
* Knowledge of at least one technical area from audio, visual, lighting, and scenic/staging equipment and technologies. An understanding of how they interact with digital platforms and broadcast/streaming would be beneficial and training will be provided where required.
* An understanding of budgeting principles.
* Ability to interpret AutoCAD/Vectorworks and make basic amends.
