Partnership & Events Senior Manager - In-House

  • Working with the Global Head of Strategic Partnerships and Events, this role will support the firm’s strategic partnerships, with the aim to drive growth and efficiency:
    • Day to day management of partnership program, liaising with key stakeholders and secondees,
    • Monitor partnership performance and share key updates and recommendations,
    • Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing teams to ensure relevant partnerships with full measurement of success,
    • Monitoring competitor and wider industry activity

Working with the wider events and marketing team, this role will also manage the delivery and coordination of key events, including:

    • Venue sourcing and event proposal creation,
    • Budget management and reconciliation,
    • Invitation management and delegate experience (including rooming lists),
    • Event host and stakeholder management,
    • Vendor coordination and management,
    • Event show flows,
    • Audio Visual Production and branding in accordance with company standards,
    • Onsite event execution,
    • Creation and delivery of external digital communications: collateral, email marketing, videos, blogs, PR, and social media.
    • Planning and execution of marketing activities to maximize awareness internally and externally,
    • Understanding of marketing trends and channels that increase demand generation and brand equity and demonstrates an ability to quickly pick up industry related concepts
