Membership Sales Manager

£30,000+OTE - Not For Profit Organisation - Events - Permanent

Very flexible working. 1 or 2 days a week in a Central London office.

We are looking for an experienced Membership Sales Manager to join a Not For Profit Organisation within the events sector in central London. The successful candidate will convert leads into memberships, proactively generate new leads, identify extra services for existing members and attend various events and conferences in order to better understand the market and gain insights. Key responsibilities:

  • Identify members who may need extra services, upselling and growing existing accounts.
  • Proactively generate new leads.
  • Qualify warm leads
  • Attendance at events and conferences.
  • Gathering insights about the industry.
  • Create a sales handbook.
  • Cross selling and spotting sales patterns.

Characteristics of the successful candidate:

  • Strong experience in sales and client services.
  • A passion for or interest in environmental sustainability.
  • Confidence in liaising with c-suite clients.
  • CRM/Hubspot experience.
  • Ability to work from home and attend meetings.
