Role Overview

The Managing Director, EMEA is responsible for setting and delivering the regional growth strategy, ensuring strong financial performance, and leading high-performing teams across the region. Working closely with global counterparts, this role drives profitable growth, builds long-term client relationships, and ensures the successful delivery of integrated agency services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver a clear growth strategy for the EMEA region, aligned with global priorities

  • Own regional financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and budget management

  • Lead, inspire, and develop senior teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes

  • Drive new business development while strengthening and expanding existing client relationships

  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture

  • Identify and support strategic expansion opportunities, including partnerships and acquisitions

  • Act as a senior ambassador in the market through thought leadership, industry engagement, and networking

Experience & Background

  • Extensive senior leadership experience in an international or regional role

  • Proven success delivering business growth and managing full P&L responsibility

  • Strong understanding of integrated agency or professional services environments

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
