Role Responsibilities.
  • Identify and target prospective clients through research, referrals, and networking efforts.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach strategies via phone, email, LinkedIn, and marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  • Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline, from initial contact through to closing deals.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Contribute to proposal development, RFI and RFP responses, and pitch presentations that resonate with clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align outbound sales efforts with overall brand strategies.
  • Build trusted relationships with decision-makers, driving repeat business and referrals.
  • Represent the agency at industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence.
  • Deliver compelling, tailored presentations that showcase the agency’s value proposition.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets while maintaining accurate CRM data and sales reporting.
  • Ensure proposals and contracts align with financial objectives and agency strategy.

About You

  • You have 5-10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or growth roles within creative, communications, or live corporate event sectors.
  • You possess a proven track record of closing high-value deals and exceeding revenue targets.
  • You are skilled at outbound prospecting and engaging with senior stakeholders across industries.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills, alongside a consultative selling approach.
  • You are highly organised, with a strong aptitude for CRM tools and pipeline management.
  • You are self-motivated, results-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • You bring high energy, resilience, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative attitude to your work.
