2024 is a period of optimism and growth for this agency. They have honed their proposition and are ready to build on the opportunities they have created. To facilitate this, they are investing in their new business and marketing capability and as part of this they have created this role to concentrate their efforts and lead the immersion of a business development-first attitude throughout the agency.

 

Expected Outcomes of the role

This is an unashamedly commercial role and will ultimately be measured by the uplift in new business wins on an annual basis. To give a longer-term perspective and to understand how the role is building towards a successful outcome, they will also measure increase in fame, client and industry perception as well as monitoring performance against the layers of a sales funnel.

We see marketing as a tool that predominantly drives new business and client development, but they also recognise its role in communicating internal culture and attracting and retaining the best talent.
