Head of Creative / Executive Creative Director
We’re looking for an exceptional creative leader to shape bold, insight-driven ideas and bring them to life through live, hybrid and virtual business experiences.
You’ll lead multidisciplinary creative teams, partner closely with strategy, production and client teams, and work directly with senior stakeholders to deliver inspiring, high-impact work.
A key part of the role will be advancing the agency’s use of emerging AI tools and workflows to enhance creative ideation, content development, design and audience experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the creative vision and long-term strategy

Lead creative development across pitches, campaigns and experiences

Act as senior creative partner for key clients and presentations

Mentor and inspire a collaborative, high-performing creative team

Champion innovation across formats, technology and AI-enabled workflows

Ensure excellence and consistency across all creative output
What We’re Looking For

Extensive experience in senior creative leadership roles

Strong background delivering large-scale B2B or employee-facing experiences

Proven ability to translate complex propositions into compelling stories
