Producer for an immersive experiential events agency 

This is an incredibly exciting role within an industry leading Immersive event agency. As Senior Producer, you will oversee the production of events from conception to delivery. Working closely with the Head of Production, you will be responsible for:

● Planning and shaping productions in accordance with client requirements

● Working in close partnership with our creative team to deliver outstanding, distinctive, multi-platform content by providing the ways to realise creative ambitions within operational and financial parameters

● Liaising with important clients and personalities, attending networking events where necessary to help build and strengthen their network

● Effectively contributing to the improvement of production processes and systems at the agency 

Key responsibilities:

● Contributing to the creative aspect in development and pre-production phases, making sure resources and editorial aspirations are aligned as well as reporting back on feasibility of ideas (including budgetary, health & safety and permissions/rights/licences)

● Scheduling, budgeting and managing the production(s) in line with company requirements, guidelines and policies

● Identifying and sourcing appropriate resource and location requirements for the production(s) at the earliest possible stage

● Delivering demonstrable value for money for Client through effective and efficient management of people, resources and creative priorities

● Preparing, managing and monitoring production budgets, and for forecasting and reporting progress, both internally and to the client

● Assessing the financial viability of creative ideas during production, identifying and mitigating any risks to Production, contract with the client, or overall margin goals set for the project(s), and escalating issues to the Head of Production if necessary
