The volume of events is high, and so is the creativity, so if you are someone who is keen to work in a busy team on all sorts of clients and projects, then this could be a great fit.

We are looking for candidates that are working as an Event Manager within an integrated, events or experiential agency or client-side executing a variety of event types. You will have experience delivering different types of events from incentives, conferences, exhibitions, gala dinners, meetings, product launches and team building as well as building client relationships, developing strategic relationships with suppliers, while overseeing and executing flawless delivery. You will have outstanding attention to detail, a can-do attitude and flare for creativity, as well we being able to work through a budget confidently and on varied lead times. This is an opportunity to grow and learn in this hands-on multifaceted, fast-paced role.

As Event Manager, you are responsible for the successful project delivery of events across key accounts, taking accountability of everything from product sourcing and distribution through to completion and execution. Enhancing our client and customer experience by working creatively, proactively and thinking outside the box. Overcoming business challenges, providing solutions, developing relationships, and working consistently to deadlines with strong attention to detail.

As part of your role, you will be required to manage budgets of large and small scales, and so must be confident with complex financials that span across several currencies. Some managerial experience would be an asset, along with the ability to be able to work independently and as well as part of the wider team on project deliverables. You will be able to demonstrate creativity for brief concepts, produce detailed proposals and be confident pitching to clients, in order to assist with the company drive for client expansion and growth.

The incentive experience is a must for this role.
