Creative Director Maternity Cover

We're looking for an experienced Creative Director to join this agency on a maternity cover contract, leading the creative vision behind impactful brand experiences, activations and events.

This is an opportunity for a strategic and hands-on creative leader who can turn ambitious briefs into standout ideas, guide multidisciplinary teams and ensure every experience delivers exceptional results. Skills & Experience Required

• Significant experience leading creative development within experiential, events, brand experience or agency environments
• Experience in or personal passion for the beauty category
• A strong track record of developing ideas that drive engagement and deliver results
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with creative excellence
• Experience leading and inspiring creative and production teams
• A deep understanding of culture, trends and emerging technologies
• Confidence presenting ideas to clients and stakeholders
• Exceptional communication, collaboration and leadership skills
