US Business Lead - New York City
An exciting opportunity for a commercially driven senior leader to take ownership of the US business for a growing international experiential and live events agency.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining client leadership, commercial growth and team development. You’ll own the US strategy and P&L, build senior client relationships, identify new opportunities and develop the team and partner network needed to scale the business. Identity NYC Business Lead
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving US growth, revenue and profitability
- Leading and growing key client relationships
- Identifying new clients, partnerships and commercial opportunities
- Building and developing a high-performing US team
- Owning budgeting, forecasting and business planning

We’re looking for:
A senior agency leader with proven P&L ownership, strong commercial instincts and a track record of building teams and growing major client relationships. You’ll need to be entrepreneurial, confident with senior stakeholders and comfortable rolling your sleeves up as the US business grows.
