One of the most sought-after brand activation agencies in the industry is looking for an Associate Producer to join their London team.

Working across high-profile brand activations as part of wider B2B experiential projects, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone early-to-mid career who wants to grow within a world-class production team and work on ambitious, creatively led live experiences.

The role will involve:

• Supporting the delivery of brand activations and live experiential projects end-to-end

• Assisting with budget tracking, cost control, and supplier coordination

• Supporting client communication and day-to-day project management

• Working closely with producers, creatives, and project teams to bring ideas to life

• Supporting on-site delivery in the UK and internationally (travel required)

About you:

• Experience in experiential, live events, brand activations or agency production

• Comfortable supporting budgets, suppliers, and timelines

• Confident communicator with a collaborative, can-do attitude

• Exposure to B2B and/or B2C experiential projects (either welcomed)

• Highly organised, detail-driven, and calm under pressure

• International project experience a bonus

• Happy and able to travel for live projects
