🔥 The Role
As Associate Producer, you’ll support the planning and delivery of high-impact live events — from conferences and awards to sponsorships and exhibitions — working closely with senior producers and multidisciplinary teams.

🎬 What You’ll Be Doing

Overseeing event logistics and on-site execution

Managing budgets and suppliers

Supporting client relationships and communications

Building detailed project plans, timelines and show documentation

Coordinating travel, crews, speakers and vendors

Managing on-site teams and production coordinators

Helping deliver seamless, memorable live experiences — on time and on budget
🧠 What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Senior Production Coordinator (live events)
