The Role
As Associate Creative Director, you will take a leading role in shaping and delivering creative concepts across experiential projects. You’ll work closely with senior creative leadership and cross-functional teams to develop ideas that are strategically sound, creatively ambitious, and commercially effective.
This role requires a balance of conceptual thinking, hands-on execution, and team leadership. You’ll be responsible for driving creative vision from initial idea through to delivery, ensuring all outputs meet high creative standards and align with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of innovative, high-impact creative concepts across experiential and integrated campaigns
- Oversee creative delivery across multiple projects, ensuring consistency and quality
- Collaborate with strategy, account, and production teams to develop compelling proposals
- Present ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and stakeholders
- Manage and inspire creative teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Integrate technology, digital, and content into experience-led solutions
- Ensure ideas are delivered within budget and timelines without compromising quality
- Contribute to agency culture, thought leadership, and continuous improvement
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies
About You
- A strong conceptual thinker with a passion for creative storytelling and experience design
- Proven ability to lead projects and inspire teams to deliver outstanding work
- Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders

- Curious and forward-thinking, with an interest in innovation and emerging trends
Experience & Skills
- 10+ years’ experience in a creative role within an agency or similar environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design development and execution across multiple channels
- Experience working on experiential, live events, or integrated campaigns
- Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging outputs
- Experience managing teams and contributing to project delivery
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and audience engagement
Working Environment
