Account/Project Manager - Creative Events Agency

We are seeking an experienced Event Account Manager to join a growing team and lead the delivery of high-profile events across key client accounts.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creative problem-solving, delivers seamlessly under pressure, and enjoys taking full ownership from concept through to onsite execution.

The Event Account Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery, working on a really creative account — from sourcing products and managing suppliers to producing proposals, pitching to clients and ensuring flawless event execution. They will confidently manage budgets of all sizes, often across multiple currencies, and balance independent working with collaborative teamwork. A blend of creativity, commercial understanding and strong client relationship skills is essential as the business continues to expand and grow its client portfolio.

Key Skills & Attributes:
• Agency experience in Event Management with strong project management capability
• Skilled in RFP processes, proposal writing, client pitching and detailed costings
• Experience delivering incentive travel, conferences, exhibitions and traditional events
• Confident working with global suppliers and researching international venues
• Proven experience in budget management and reconciliation across multiple currencies
• Excellent organisation, time management and problem-solving skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh concepts and ideas
• Strong communication skills and a calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite; experience with Salesforce, CVENT, STOVA or Smartsheet beneficial
• Flexible to travel internationally and support evening/weekend event requirements
