Salary: Up to £65,000 + Bonus & impressive benefits

🎯 The Role

The agency is seeking an experienced Account Director (end to end) to lead on a flagship automotive client, overseeing delivery of sophisticated experiential campaigns, pop-ups, and live brand activations.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance strategic thinking with practical delivery, managing a small team (SAM and AM) while driving creativity, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

⚡️ Key Responsibilities:

Lead client relationships, particularly within automotive and premium brand sectors

Manage end-to-end event delivery — from concept to execution

Mentor and guide the team of two

Oversee commercial performance and profitability across accounts

Collaborate with production, creative and operations directors

Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development
