Account Director

We’re looking for an experienced Account Director to take ownership of key client relationships and help deliver ambitious, effective brand experiences.

In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner to clients, combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You’ll work closely with creative, strategy and delivery teams to shape briefs, guide projects from concept through to execution, and ensure work is delivered to a high standard, on time and on budget.

You’ll play a key role in growing existing accounts, identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships and turn ideas into meaningful briefs. Alongside this, you’ll bring a strong commercial mindset, helping manage budgets, scopes and expectations while maintaining excellent client service.

This role is ideal for someone already operating at Account Director level who enjoys collaboration, problem-solving and building long-term client relationships within a creative agency environment.
