Account Director (Senior) - Experiential B2B Events Agency

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR (SENIOR DOE) | £70,000-£100,000 DOE | Central London, 3 x days in the office

We're working with a fast-growing creative events agency that's looking for an Account Director (possibly Senior) to join its expanding team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves building long-term client relationships, leading strategic conversations and spotting opportunities beyond the brief. You'll become a true extension of your clients' teams, working across an exciting mix of tech, FMCG, automotive and experiential accounts.

The role combines client services, strategic planning and new business from existing accounts. You'll lead pitches, shape solutions from the earliest stages and work closely with production teams to deliver everything from conferences, exhibitions and experiential campaigns to executive dinners, sponsorship activations, pop-ups and brand experiences.

We're looking for someone with:

  • A strong events agency background (essential)
  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • A solid understanding of event production, budgets and timelines
  • Experience leading pitches and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Confidence managing international programmes across multiple time zones
