THE AGENCY: An established agency working with amazing brands in the luxury, alcohol, FMCG and lifestyle sectors to deliver a huge range of integrated events to a variety of audiences. (B2B/B2C). Events include both live and virtual activations that range from pop-up events, installations, experiential marketing, roadshows, product and press launches, festivals, incentive travel, conferences, seminars and awards ceremonies.
THE ROLE
· Working closely with the Project Teams and assisting to drive coordination of projects internally
· Working across multiple events / projects at any one time
· Developing project timelines and tracking progress
· Developing meeting summaries and reports
· Supporting with Client briefs and proposals
· Venue finding
· Dealing with logistics, e.g. booking travel and accommodation
· External supplier and some client liaison
· Budget management
· On-site event management/delivery within a fast-paced environments, tight deadlines and quick turnarounds
· Event reporting

· Fantastic communication skills
· Strong presentation and negotiation skills
· Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner
· Good organisational and time management skills
· 'People skills', working with a range of colleagues and clients
· A willingness to work long hours, sometimes under pressure
· Business sense and the ability to work to budgets
· Clean, valid driving licence is desirable
