Key Accountabilities
To lead a number of our biggest accounts with integrity and insight to ensure we are their agency of record and creative agency partner at every relevant touchpoint of their business.
Bring an entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative approach to deliver impact and value to our clients and colleagues.
Build and nurture trusted relationships that provide stability, and long term visibility on our clients business planning, identifying ways we can support them.
Develop and implement strategic account plans that align our capabilities against our client objectives to maximise opportunity development.
Create and implement smart contact strategies to grow our network.
Build deep understanding of our client’s business, sector and industry to bring value to them and to our agency approach and responses to the challenges they face.
Lead and inspire our teams to deliver industry leading pitches, and develop proposals that excel against a client challenge or brief.
You will support our internal teams (creative, production, content, digital) with your knowledge of the brand/audience and drive and deliver successful creative proposals.
In partnership with our Client Development team, onboard and embed new clients into the agency, and support our commercial strategy for business growth and diversification.
Support and mentor wider account leads with their account planning.
Bring client success to the heart of all we do through collaboration across the agency.
Ownership of commercial growth and profitability on your accounts, as well as smooth account management processes and excellent NPS scores.
Add your voice to our community, and represent our behaviours and values as an ambassador for the agency
Skills and Experience
Significant experience in a comparable role within events, content and brand activations.
Client curious, brand advocator and business oriented.
Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Exceptional communication skills, with ability to build rapport and adapt approach.
Excellent presentation and organisational skills.
Bring a point of view and challenge in a positive, constructive way.
Ability to operate at a fast and flexible pace.
Ability to organise and lead teams on creative, strategic projects / pitches.
Commercially strong; experience of managing high revenue clients and project budgets +£1m.
