HR Administration

  • Act as first point of contact for general internal and external Talent & Culture queries and escalate to the Talent & Culture Manager as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent & Culture Manager as required to ensure the smooth running of Talent & Culture projects as they arise
  • Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as requested
  • Supporting Head of Talent & Culture with diary management and monthly expenses
  • Maintain our HR system (Breathe HR) with any all employee changes
  • Support with the freelance process (IR35) and timesheets

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Ensure monthly payroll changes are prepared accurately and comprehensively, within agreed timescales, for the Talent & Culture Manager
  • Assisting and co-ordinate benefit processes and liaising with benefit providers such as pension, medical insurance, childcare vouchers, gym etc. Supporting with compensation processes, letters etc.

 

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support and coordinate recruitment processes, advertising role, go to market, collate CV’s, set up interviews, meet and greet candidates, collate feedback
  • Maintain internal recruitment tracker, ensuring information is accurate and up to date at all times
  • Manage the on boarding process for new starters to include issuing of paperwork, new starter pack, booking of inductions, completion of the referencing process and set up on various systems
  • Track upcoming probation reviews and liaise with managers to ensure timely completion and documentation

 

Offboarding

  • Ensure all leavers and changes to staff contracts are processed in line with the Talent & Culture offboarding checklist including issuing of confirmation of resignation, closing of benefits, updating payroll tracker and booking exit interviews

 

Employee Relations

  • Supporting and creating (where necessary) people management documentation (employee contracts, drafting offer letters, change to terms & conditions etc).
  • Respond to and support employee relations, grievances, absences, sickness, flexible working, parental leave etc
  • Continually monitor employment terms to ensure managers and staff are informed of end of fixed term contracts and any other contractual changes

 

Learning & Development

  • Support our Graduate, Intern & Work Experience Programmes with the set up, coordinate programmes, track, report
  • Support the performance management process bi-annual cycle. Chase objective setting; collecting and tracking appraisals and distribution of compensation statements etc
  • Monitor budget and track employee training. Liaise and set up external providers and co-ordinate internal logistics
  • Support and co-ordinate the development and implementation of specific programmes such as Coaching & Mentoring
  • Monitor Workday learning modules
  • Help manage the apprenticeship levy
