We are looking for a Senior Festival Manager for one of the UK's most amazing festivals, a dynamic management role responsible for overseeing the events management team, ensuring the seamless execution of the event, and transforming strategic visions into reality. Reporting to the Festival Director, this position carries full responsibility for budget management within the department, curatorial oversight, and delivering an exceptional festival experience across all touchpoints, including traders, concessions, customer experience, event dressing, and alternative content. The Senior Festival Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth, optimizing resources, and enhancing the festival brand through innovative and impactful festival experiences.

About you

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in festival management and demonstrate robust commercial management across events of varying scales. Additionally, they should be able to show experience in delivering the creative vision of festivals, from initial brief through to on-the-ground execution.

They will be highly organized, capable of leading multiple projects simultaneously, and skilled at multitasking while keeping all stakeholders informed and working cross-functionally. The candidate will be adept at responding quickly and dynamically to the needs of the projects, constantly assessing and prioritizing tasks for themselves and their team. An in-depth understanding of the holistic view of projects will be essential for strategic thinking and decision-making.
