As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the planning, management and financial control of a project. You will ensure that the scope and direction of the project is on schedule and that it is to the highest possible standard.
You will proactively manage and frequently communicate with project team members, suppliers, Producers, Creatives and Account Directors as needed.
The role will include development, production and delivery of multiple projects across accounts from proposal right up to delivery and reconciliation.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
The successful candidates will have experience of:
- Working in an events agency and managing their own projects from end to end.
- Managing budgets of £100,000+
- Working closely with internal teams including production, creative and producers to deliver great results.
- Managing suppliers and venues and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Building excellent relationships with clients and ensuring their customer journey and event delivery experience is a really positive one.
