Are you looking to work for a friendly and dynamic project management team, for an award winning Creative Agency based in the heart of London, with hybrid working?

They specialise in immersive, engaging and creative events and communications with a strategic edge!

The successful application will be a strong team player with a passion and natural enthusiasm for events.

You will be working across multiple accounts, and supporting a number of other production solutions for both virtual and live events. You will be comfortable working in a creative team, delivering projects from pitch to live to post-event. 

Some of the responsibilities of the role:

  • Assisting the project team in delivering end-to-end project management. including delivery, budgeting, contracting and event design. 
  • Regular client contact and ensuring the client is kept fully abreast of project progress at all times. Includes preparation for/attendance at client meetings 
  • Produce and action all project documentation i.e. project plans for clients and internal documentation such as crew sheets and schedules.
  • Build positive relationships within the business and with a variety of suppliers.
  • Work with the project team to generate an accurate estimate of event costs. 
  • Support the project lead to ensure the quality of the virtual or live event is delivered to the highest possible standard.
  • Producing purchase orders and assisting with invoices.
  • Skilled researching for project requirements.
  • Booking any travel and accommodation required.
  • Proofreading pitch/client documentation.
  • Occasional travel to set and/or client meetings.

Skills and Competencies

 

  • Client relationship management and key creative collaboration.
  • Excellent literacy skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / G-Suite.
  • A positive and highly motivated attitude.
