Overview:
We are a design agency working at the intersection of physical and digital. We work across many channels from physical retail to dotcom to social but for many of our key clients, we lead with a Digital First mindset.
Collaborating with our Client Services and Digital Teams, this role is pivotal in expressing our creativity across all digital content on behalf of our current and future clients.
Being in tune with consumer needs and client expectations is paramount in this role. The role is broad, we are seeking somebody that is comfortable operating across multiple channels in a variety of categories. Your work will be realised as ideas, concepts, campaigns, interactions, immersive experiences, on-line and social.
You are passionate about brand design, digital interfaces, technology and innovation, with a folio full of digital graphic expressions that inspire, engage and deliver both positive creative and commercial results. A finely tuned strategic mindset is essential, as is a desire to craft and deliver highly effective solutions, we only require creatives that are motivated to see the big picture and focussed enough to sweat the detail. We expect you to elevate brands digitally.
We’re seeking these key attributes in our new Interactive Digital Designer:
Day to Day:
Working in a thriving, vibrant agency means every day will be different. However, as part of your remit, you will:
- Demonstrate world class design skills in line with our. ambition to be an internationally acclaimed design agency
- Design and produce creative assets for all digital applications and channels
- Provide design support in creating ad hoc brand assets and bespoke content to support the Studio and Client Services team
- Develop a clear understanding of the project, creative, deadlines and timelines to ensure all work is complete on time, to a high standard and client expectations are exceeded
- Alongside the wider Digital Team, devise creative solutions that result in highly engaging digital touchpoints for customer journeys on our medium to large projects
- Be proactive and maintain a continual awareness of client and competitor digital design activity as well as current, relevant brand, digital and technology trends and how they might advance our digital offer to our clients
Core Skills
- Experience within a creative agency or client-side brand creative department producing high quality digital branding, motion focussed content & campaigns
- Proven track record in all stages of the design process from creative idea generation, to development and artwork for digital publishing
- Strong creative, typographic & editorial layout skills
- Ability to effectively work on multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and deliver under pressure
- Strong visual & verbal design communication skills
- Highly skilled across the Adobe CC Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Dreamweaver
- Familiar with HTML, CSS, Invision
- Knowledge of Blender, V-Ray, ZBrush, Cinema 4D, SketchUp is advantageous
- A passion for digital design and awareness of the latest trends
- A passion for branding, digital platforms, experiential & immersive
- Commercial awareness, initiative and desire to learn
- Able to respond well to constructive feedback
Knowledge and Experience
- Proven experience of working with clients from conception to finished design
- A keen eye for detail and quality
- Ability to follow and maintain a visual style across multiple projects and platforms
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment on multiple projects concurrently
- Experience in experiential, web, mobile, social and emerging platforms
Minimum level of education or qualifications
- A Graphic/Digital Design degree
