The Person
* We are looking for a self-starter with a great attitude who can come in and enthuse about building this team.
* Really open to someone on the way up who might need to learn a thing or two, and that support is very much in place.
* Ideally looking for someone with virtual experience, but if not a willingness and excitement to learn.
* You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical production of virtual, physical, and hybrid events, working with internal staff and external freelancers to deliver for clients.
* Developing health and safety procedures and guidelines across production will also play a part in this role.
* You will evaluate and select external production agencies, as well as bringing the latest thinking in the production space into the agency, improving systems, processes, and equipment.
Experience
* Looking for a strong leader who can motivate, inspire and influence the team in a positive way.
* A strong technical understanding and enough experience to improve every aspect of technical delivery.
* The ability to identify and find solutions to problems and generate ideas that challenge existing boundaries.
* Has a demonstrable track record in delivering technical productions in line with Health & Safety standards, ideally with a recognised qualification in the field.
* An events agency background.
