As Head of People, you will come equipped with at least 6+ years experience in a people role within a creative

environment. You will be passionate about building and maintaining an inclusive culture that puts people at the heart

of everything we do. You will build robust people processes that ensure fairness and consistency, but also know when

it’s appropriate to be flexible. By understanding how a creative agency works, you’ll come with the knowledge to help

us stay ahead of the curve and create an environment that enables our people and teams to thrive.



You’ll be comfortable approaching difficult topics and having challenging conversations that ultimately get the best

end result. With an understanding of the changing world we live in, you’ll be empathetic and compassionate, and build

trusting relationships to support your team, and the wider team.

Increase the agency’s performance (people & commercial) by innovative ways of looking at organisational design & development, processes improvement, the way we work and the environment we work in.  

Day to day management of all the agencies HR duties, including; recruitment, onboarding, people development, performance management, benefits, absence, reward & recognition, engagement, employee relations, leavers and anything else that comes up.  

Lead on all ED&I, wellbeing and sustainability initiatives & processes.  

Initiate, lead and manage all HR projects (employee survey, salary evaluations, gender pay reporting etc).  

Manage the weekly breakfast meetings. 

Responsible for any people & culture awards or initiatives (Best Companies, BCorp, CPD Gold etc)  

Implement new ways of working / culture initiatives / benefits to the agency to become a top place to work.  

Stay on top of employment legislation changes & update policies & processes when required.  

Monthly reporting to the Council. 

Direct day to day management & development of the Office Manager & Office Assistant.  

Provide sound advice and support to senior people within the business, and support and nurture the rest of our people.  

Ensure HR issues are dealt with at pace with discretion.
