THE COMPANY
A rapidly growing tech start-up with international offices and a corporate culture are looking for an Events & Marketing Coordinator. This is a new role which has been created due to the increased number of events and because they are keen to take their events offering to the next level.
EVENTS
Christmas and Summer staff parties, attendance at conferences, exhibiting at international events and recruitment fairs. This role will also involve organising in-house events for C-suite guests.
MARKETING
This part of the role includes organising high quality branded merchandise and branding throughout the office. Also putting in place branded templates within the correct corporate guidelines for booklets, powerpoint presentations and all assets.
THE PERSON
Looking for a flexible self-starter (ideally with experience from within a similar in-house environment) who can come in and hit the ground running and has contacts with venues and event suppliers. Someone who can produce high quality proposals, come up with appropriate ideas for the team and work autonomously. They are really looking to up their game with events as they grow. Someone resilient who can communicate succinctly with the board and know that every single detail of each event has been considered and trouble shot. Someone with an understanding of luxury events who is also a good negotiator.
