- Have you managed events from end to end including budgeting and onsite delivery within a high-end media organisation or within an agency with high-end luxury clients?
THE ROLE...
This is an extremely exciting opportunity for someone to see the world whilst delivering money-can't-buy experiences on time and on budget for UHNWI's, as well as managing the expectations of sponsors and event partners.
There is also the opportunity to work with the team and suppliers to reinvigorate existing events as well as developing new ones, whilst developing a compelling marketing campaign to retain and increase the current audience to make them 'must-attend events!
RESPONSIBILITIES….
- Tracking and managing event budgets
- Delivery of event from the accurate planning process, onsite delivery and post-event reconciliation, analysis, and feedback
- Working with the Event Operations Director to deliver the marketing strategy – content and sponsor-focused.
- Copywriting for event editorial (digital schedules ensuring deadlines and print).
- Briefing and facilitating all speaker logistics
- Working with the Event Assistant and suppliers to ensure all logistical aspects of the events are delivered pre and post-event, including shipping, branding, accommodation bookings, travel arrangements, pre-event packs.
N.B….
- Must be able to travel for key event dates throughout the year, working over weekends and BH’s if required for events.
- Office is based in West London
