They are looking for a highly experienced creative leader to who can lead the team, inspire clients, win business and deliver world class thinking and execution.
Job purpose:
The Creative Director will be responsible for the:
CREATIVE - Understanding the strategy, big idea generation, narrative and identity
CONCEPT - Understanding the event and environment / space design
CONTENT - Understanding what we are doing in the space to deliver the strategy and messaging
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Take ownership of ‘the Strategy’ – understanding the client’s reasons for the event and their objectives
- Take ownership of ‘the Big Idea’ – the idea, narrative and theme that encapsulates and conveys the strategy
- Take ownership of ‘the Creative Expression’ – the look and feel that visualizes the big idea
- Take ownership of ‘the Event Design’ – the event concept that brings the big idea and creative expression to life
- Take ownership of ‘the Engagement’ – the nature of the content and engagement ideas to deliver the clients strategy and messaging to achieve their objective
- Take ownership of ‘the Team’ – management & development
- Take ownership of ‘the Commercials’ – all general commercial aspects associated with the above
