Here are some key criteria:
- Great training and track record
- A grown up in attitude and ability
- A team player with a sense of humour
- A fast thinker, an enquirer, a hard worker, a socialiser – someone who can cover the ground and organize the team quickly
- Likely to come from a big agency and therefore have a good understanding of the ‘interplay’ between roles and an ability to explain, sell and protect work of all types, at all levels
- A lover of B2C and FMCG but an acceptance that it may take time for us to build from B2B
- A Driver more than a Hunter - initially we will be looking to build an outstanding reputation with a select band of clients and growing from within
- A can-do spirit with a real understanding of the delicate balance between charming clients yet pushing for great work - attention to detail
- A good understanding that startups require a team of people that are fully prepared to get their hands dirty - a lover of a challenge
